Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Inbox Spy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

Inbox Spy provides online software for collecting, organizing, previewing, and archiving emails received through user-controlled tracking addresses. Features may change as the service develops.

Subscription plans and payment

Users pay for access to the selected subscription plan. Each plan may include different limits for tracked companies, captured emails, PDF sharing, and related product features. Paid access is activated after successful payment confirmation.

Payments are accepted by bank card through secure checkout. Prices, currency, plan limits, and billing period are shown on the Plans and Payment pages before checkout.

Service delivery

Inbox Spy is delivered online through the user's account. No physical goods are sold, and no physical delivery or shipping is provided. After successful payment, the selected plan is applied to the user's online workspace.

Cancellation and refunds

Users may cancel or downgrade a subscription from the service interface where available, or by contacting support@inboxspy.org. Refunds are available within 14 days after payment. After a refund or cancellation, the paid subscription is cancelled and access may be returned to the free Basic plan limits. See the Refund Policy for details.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may use Inbox Spy only for lawful purposes and with inboxes, addresses, and data you are authorized to access. You must not use the service to violate privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, laws, third-party terms, or security controls; distribute malware; disrupt the service; or attempt to access another user's workspace.

Your content

You retain your rights in content stored in your workspace. You grant Inbox Spy a limited permission to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your collection and use of content is lawful.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbox Spy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Inbox Spy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
